St. Eliseus

A view of Draguć, if you are coming from the direction of Cerovlje, is yet another unforgettable landscape. The first church you will come across, at the very entrance to the village, is the cemetery chapel of St. Eliseus, built at the end of the 12th c. St. Roch

The chapel of St. Roch is situated at the opposite end of the village. Walking towards it you will pass the long central street with, usually, more cats than people. In the center of the village is the main town square with a well, parish church, belvedere and covered passage connecting several houses and the remains of a one-time castle.

Paz

St. Vitus

If you are coming to Paz from the direction of Boljun, you will see an elevation with a cemetery and chapel of St. Vitus, offering a view of the village. This is the point from where Paz is shown by the author of graphics for Valvasor's book The Glory of the Duchy of Carniola (Slava vojvodine Kranjske).

Gradinje

All Saints

The meander of all Istrian roads leads us here to the place from which we cannot go any further, as if we have come to the very end of Istria. The view from the road above the village onto the Bay of Plomin is breathtaking. This natural pocket is endowed by the beneficial influence of the Mediterranean climate allowing thus olive trees to grow in the heart of Istria.

Gologorica

St. Mary at the Pond

Gologorica lies in the Cerovlje municipality, along the road that connects the center of the municipality with the towns of Paz, Gradinje, Belaj, Boljun and Vranja. There was a road from Gologorica, leading to Krbune and further to Šumber and Labin. The village was inhabited in Antiquity, which is testified by some ten preserved monuments from the nearby area.
