First Project Team meeting

On January 13, 2010 the Municipality of Koper organized an initial, kick-off meeting of all partners where activities and responsibilities arising from them were presented.

The final content of the framework agreement on partnership was approved. An extensive review of the financial and schedule plan was carried out, and contact persons of lead partner and other project partners were approved. Also, a Joint Technical Committee consisting of partner organization project coordinators was founded, as well as Management Board with partner organization representatives.
